Returns and Exchanges

What can be returned?
For hygiene reasons, socks and headwear cannot be returned. Items marked final sale are also not eligible for refund. For all other products, we accept returns within 30 days of the date the order was shipped.
Our system does not allow for exchanges however you may return your unwanted item for a refund and make a new purchase.
For all returns, the outbound shipping fees from your original order are not refundable.
Returns within Canada are subject to a $5 return shipping fee which will be deducted from your refund. Please contact us by email for a return shipping label.
Please be advised that for international returns the return shipping and any reverse duties & taxes are your responsibility. If any duties are charged to us upon delivery, these will be deducted from your refund.
Products must be returned unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition. We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear or do not meet the above criteria.
Returns should be postmarked within 30 days of the order shipping date.
We strongly recommend insuring your package and contacting customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org with the tracking number once shipped.
If you choose a return shipping method that does not include tracking or insurance, you do so at your own risk and we cannot be held responsible should the package be lost in transit.
Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive a refund notification via email. Please allow up to 7-10 business days for the refund to be processed back to your original form of payment.
