Shipping

Postage rates will be calculated at checkout according to your shipping address. 

All orders will ship via Canada Post within 3 business days unless otherwise specified. Kindly note that for preorders, all items in the order will ship together. If you would like to receive an in-stock item sooner, please place a separate order. 

After we process your order, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. Tracked packages are insured up to $100 with the postal service.

Please be advised that Canada Post has suspended delivery guarantees due to delays related to the COVID-19 pandemic. Any listed shipping times are therefore estimates and are subject to change. Kindly check your tracking number regularly to monitor the location of your package.

For orders shipping within Canada, taxes will be calculated at checkout and applied to your order total.

Taxes, duties, and any other import fees are not included for international orders and are your responsibility. These are determined by your country and will be collected during delivery. Please contact your local customs office for further information.

If your package is returned-to-sender due to an address error or because your package was unclaimed, we will issue a refund minus the shipping fee after the order arrives back at our office. You may then place a new order if you wish. 

If you feel that the issue was out of your control, please contact us at hello@ferme.shop and we will be happy to file a claim with Canada Post for a possible reimbursement of the shipping fees.
