What payment methods do you accept?

We accept PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and all major credit cards. We don’t save your payment information on our website, but we invite you to download the Shop Pay app if you would like to save your credit card number for future purchases.

How do I find my order number?

Once your order has been placed an order confirmation will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. This confirmation will include your order number, required for any future order modifications or inquiries.

How do I make changes to my order?

If you notice an error in your order confirmation, such as incorrect shipping address or size, kindly send us an email at hello@ferme.shop and we'll be happy to adjust for you if your package has not yet shipped. Once your package ships, it is no longer possible to make any changes to your order.

When will my order ship?

Please allow 1-3 business days for order processing. In the exception that we are unable to fulfill your order within this period, we will be in touch.

How do I check my order status?

When you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation email with a link which will allow you to verify your order status at any time. Your tracking number will be provided by email upon order fulfillment.

I live in Montréal. Can I pick up my order in-person?

Due to the volume or orders as well as ensuring safety for our team during the COVID-19 pandemic, we do not offer in-person pickup at this time.

Where can I find sizing information?

All of our sizes are unisex. Please consult the size charts available on our product pages or reach out to us at hello@ferme.shop for sizing advice.
