ORDER CONFIRMATION

Once your order has been placed an order confirmation will be sent to the email address or phone number provided at checkout. This confirmation will include your order number, required for any future order modifications or inquiries.

ORDER MODIFICATIONS OR CANCELLATIONS

If in the case there is an error in your order confirmation, such as incorrect shipping address or size; or you'd like to cancel your order, just send us an email at hello@ferme.shop and we'll be happy to adjust for you.

RETURN POLICY

To request a return for an exchange or refund, please contact Customer Service at hello@ferme.shop for instructions.

We accept returns of domestic orders within 30 days of the date the order was shipped.

Domestic returns will be subject to a $5 return shipping fee, which will be deducted from your refund. Outbound shipping fees from the original order are not refundable.

Products must be returned unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition. Please include the original order packing slip in your return package.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear or do not meet the above criteria.

Please note that for international returns the return shipping and any reverse duties & taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns should be postmarked within 30 days of the order shipping date. We also recommend insuring your package and contacting Customer Service (hello@ferme.shop) with the tracking number once shipped.*

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be issued. Please allow up to 7-10 business days for the refund to be processed back to your original form of payment.

SHIPPING & TRACKING

Kindly note that all orders within Canada automatically come with a tracking number. However, international orders do not. If you'd like tracking on your international order, please select the shipping option which provides it.

ORDER PROCESSING

Once your order is placed we ask for 1-3 business days to ensure order fulfillment. In the exception that we are unable to fulfill in this period, we will be in touch.

CHECKING YOUR ORDER STATUS

When you place your order, your order confirmation email should provide you a link to allow you to continually check your order status. Each time progress is made to your order, including fulfillment and shipping, you will receive an email updating you.

If you've purchased tracked shipping, you will receive your tracking number upon fulfillment.

IN-PERSON PICKUP

Unfortunately, due to the volume or orders as well as ensuring safety for our team during the pandemic, we do not offer in-person pickup.

DONATIONS

All profits of each piece will be donated to either Feeding America, Red Cross Canada, or Cruz Roja Mexico. Please select the charity of your choice in the product page. Transparency is important to us, so kindly note that the fees for garments, printing, shipping supplies, e-commerce tools, and operational wages are subtracted from the final price. Ultimately, approximately 60% of what you pay will cover manufacturing while the remaining 40% will be donated.
